Privacy Policy
Effective 23 September 2026 · Applies to the GranMemo (记住啦) iPhone app, the Remote Help console at help.granmemo.net, and granmemo.net.
- No account, no sign-up. We never ask for your name, phone number, location or contacts.
- Your reminders stay on your phone. Nothing is sent to us unless you turn on Remote Help.
- If you turn on Remote Help, the reminders you share are stored on our server so the helper you approved can manage them. Turning it off deletes them.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and we never sell or share your data.
1. Using the app on your own
Reminders you create (title, date, time, repeat rule, category) and your settings are stored only in the app's storage on your iPhone. Alarms are delivered by iOS as local notifications, and reminders are read aloud with Apple's on-device speech engine. None of this is sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.
2. Remote Help (optional)
Remote Help lets a family member, friend or carer (“helper”) add and manage reminders for you from a web browser. It is off by default and only works after you confirm it on your phone.
What is stored on our server when Remote Help is on
- A random device ID, a pairing code and a secret key generated by the app. They identify the connection, not you.
- The nickname the helper types when pairing (for example “Daughter Lily”), so you can see who is asking to connect.
- Reminders the helper adds or edits (title, date, time, repeat rule, category).
- Your own reminders — only if you choose to share them with the helper. The app will ask you first.
What we don't collect
Your name, phone number, email, location, contacts, photos, health records, advertising identifiers or usage analytics.
Who can see it
Only the helper you approved on your phone, using the private link created at pairing. Pairing requires a 6-digit code shown on your phone, so no one can connect without you.
Deleting it
- Turning off sharing in the app immediately deletes the copies of your own reminders from our server.
- Choosing “Re-pair helper” / ending Remote Help immediately deletes everything stored for your device — shared reminders, reminders added by the helper, and the helper's nickname — and the helper's link stops working.
- If the app hasn't connected to Remote Help for 180 days (for example, it was deleted), everything stored for that device is deleted automatically.
- If you want us to delete anything sooner, email contact@granmemo.net and we will do so within 30 days.
3. Technical data
Like any website, our servers see the IP address of each request. We keep IP addresses for at most 24 hours, only to block abuse such as repeated pairing-code guesses. We do not use cookies for tracking.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them after 12 months. We do not add you to any mailing list.
5. Where data is stored
Our server and database run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process data in the United States and other countries. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Cloudflare acts only as our service provider. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts.
6. Children
GranMemo is designed for anyone who needs reminders. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Because we don't hold accounts, the simplest way is to use the in-app controls above; otherwise email us and we will help.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. If a change affects what is collected, we will say so in the app's release notes.

- 不用注册账号，我们从不索取您的姓名、手机号、位置或通讯录。
- 您的提醒只保存在您的手机上。除非您开启「远程协助」，否则不会发给我们。
- 开启远程协助后，您共享的提醒会保存在我们的服务器上，供您同意绑定的协助者管理；关闭即删除。
- 没有广告、没有统计分析、不做追踪，也从不出售或向他人提供您的数据。
一、单独使用 App 时
您创建的提醒（标题、日期、时间、重复方式、类别）和设置只保存在 iPhone 本机。到点响铃由 iOS 本地通知完成，语音播报使用苹果设备端的语音合成。这些都不会发送给我们或任何第三方。删除 App 即删除这些数据。
二、远程协助（可选）
远程协助让家人、朋友或照护者（“协助者”）在浏览器里帮您添加、管理提醒。它默认关闭，必须在您手机上确认后才会生效。
开启后服务器上保存什么
- App 随机生成的设备编号、绑定码和密钥，用来识别这条连接，不代表您的身份。
- 协助者绑定时自己填写的称呼（如“女儿小丽”），方便您看清是谁在申请绑定。
- 协助者添加或修改的提醒（标题、日期、时间、重复方式、类别）。
- 您自己的提醒——仅在您同意共享时。App 会先询问您。
我们不收集
姓名、手机号、邮箱、位置、通讯录、照片、病历、广告标识符或使用统计。
谁能看到
只有您在手机上确认过的协助者，通过绑定时生成的专属链接查看。绑定需要您手机上显示的 6 位验证码，没有您的确认，任何人都无法接入。
如何删除
- 在 App 中关闭共享，会立即删除服务器上您自己提醒的副本。
- 选择「重新绑定协助者」或结束远程协助，会立即删除服务器上与本机有关的全部内容——共享的提醒、协助者添加的提醒、协助者称呼——协助者的链接随即失效。
- 如果 App 连续 180 天没有连接远程协助服务（例如已被删除），与该设备有关的全部内容会被自动删除。
- 如果您希望我们更早删除任何数据，请写信至 contact@granmemo.net，我们会在 30 天内处理。
三、技术数据
和所有网站一样，服务器会看到每次请求的 IP 地址。我们最多保留 24 小时，仅用于防止滥用（例如反复猜测绑定码）。我们不使用追踪型 Cookie。
四、联系表单与邮件
您给我们写信时，我们保存您的称呼、邮箱和留言，仅用于回复您，12 个月后删除；不会把您加入任何邮件列表。
五、数据存放在哪里
服务器与数据库运行在 Cloudflare 的基础设施上，数据可能在美国及其他国家处理，全程通过加密连接（HTTPS）传输。Cloudflare 仅作为我们的服务提供方。官网从 Google Fonts 加载字体。
六、儿童
本产品面向所有需要提醒的人，不以 13 岁以下儿童为对象，我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
七、您的权利
根据您所在地的法律，您可能有权查阅、更正或删除您的数据。由于我们不设账号，最简单的方式是使用上面提到的 App 内开关；也可以写信给我们，我们会协助处理。
八、政策变更
如本政策有修改，我们会更新本页和上方日期；如涉及收集内容的变化，会在 App 更新说明中写明。
